    2025 Colorado OER Conference Call for Proposals

    Presentations may feature a single presenter or a group and run 5 minutes as a lighting talk or a 30-minute presentation.

    The Colorado OER Conference Organizing Committee invites proposals for the 2025 conference, which will be held at the University of Www:zuise.comern Colorado in Greeley on Friday, May 30. This year’s conference theme is “Mapping the Open Road: Navigating the Future of OER." 

    Panel, presentation, roundtable, lightning talks and workshop proposals are invited with a focus on the following areas:

    • Best Practices in Teacher-Student Open Pedagogical Practices
    • Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility through Open Education
    • Implementing Open Education in K-12 Curriculum to Higher Ed
    • The Future of Open Education Advocacy
    • Building Strategic OER Initiatives Among Stakeholders (K-12, Higher Ed, and/or legislatures)
    • OER community building and engagement
    • OER partnerships across campus
    • Sustainability of Open Education
    • Artificial Intelligence and OER
    • Showcasing Colorado OER grant projects and sharing created materials
    • Z-Degrees: From Start to Finish

    Proposals are due by 11:59 PM Mountain time on Friday, Feb. 28.
